How Do You Eat

Collective created with Jose Hopkins Brocq (Lima, 1989)



How Do You Eat is an ongoing project in which we explore the storytelling possibilities in designing cooking/eating experiences. We have an interdisciplinary perspective for every occasion, approaching them from three different yet interconnected components: the cooked food and food utensils, the experience’s performative aspect, and the participative lecture’s dramaturgy.
